The Welcome Reception will be Sunday, 5 November, 5:00 pm–7:00 pm. A free tour for workshop participants will be arranged on Tuesday afternoon, 7 November. The Banquet Dinner will be Wednesday, 8 November, 6:00 pm–8:00 pm. Buffet lunches as well as coffee breaks will be offered Monday to Friday.
